We received our first public art grant for this mural! Located across from Eckhart Park on Chicago Ave, I wanted this piece to feel like a bright and joyful moment for the neighborhood. It’s filled with playful shapes, vibrant pops, and a few small creatures - the building’s tenants requested for it to feel inclusive of their pets (always a yes) so a dog, cat, bearded dragon and lil crab all made it into the mural I love the extra personality they add.
